Guest Arrival

Pre-Arrival Preparation

Schedule a cleaner to visit the property on the same day between 11 AM and 2 PM to clean the apartment.

Ensure the cleaner brings clean bed sheets and towels, and removes the used ones.

Stock the property with coffee, tea, chocolates, and water in the fridge. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and toilet paper in bathrooms.

During the Stay

Maintain open communication with the guest to address any issues promptly and ensure a pleasant stay.

Checkout

Receive the keys from the guest.

Arrange for the cleaner to prepare the apartment for the next guest.

Post-Stay Management

Inspect the apartment for any damages.

If damages are found, report them through Airbnb and make a claim as necessary.
